Find a quiet place to sit or lie down, free from any distractions such as kids, dogs, family, etc.

​Try to avoid eating any heavy meals a minimum of 4 hours before the session. You’ll go much deeper into the session if your body is not using valuable energy on digestion.

​If you’re planning to be alone, the best sound experience will be with a set of headphones. If you’re listening to this with a group then you’ll want good quality external sound or a bluetooth speaker.

​You can use an eye mask if you have one.

​Take some time to come out of the breathwork journey to let your body intergate the
